Hi bros n sisters. How are you doing? I moved to a small island today. I have to wake up at 3am. Horrible. Well, this movie is about how to defend a tackle. When someone one tries to tackle you, grab them in a headlock and use their momentum to roll on top of them while maintaining the headlock. Not so difficult. Just do it.
元気か？ようやく諸島に到着。明日朝の3時に起床だって。なんだそれ！さて、このビデオは誰かにタックルされた時の対処方法。相手の首に手を回し、相手が押してくる方向に力を流しながら後方に回転、そのままクビをキメて落とす。そんなに難しくない。じゃやってみな。

Hi bros n sisters. I woke up at 3 am and still shooting now. Well, this video is a type of close defensive offense combat while cornered. Use your elbows in stead of your fists to attack and defend like this. When your lover attacks you, try it.

おはよー。、元気か？ 今日も朝から諸島で撮影。でも、いい景色だ。後でこれはこれでアップしよう。さて、このビデオはディフェンシブオフェンスの一つ。胸ぐらを持たれた時に相手の手首を決めながら地面に抑え込む。お父さんに胸ぐら持たれた時は、こうやりながら「お父さん、落ち着いて！」って言うんだ。じゃヤッてみな。

When you are grabbed around the neck by someone, lock the wrist and wrestle them to the ground. Easy right? When your dad grab your neck, do it and say " calm down, dad"... Just do it.
