Bros n sisters, how are you doing? Im heading to Tokyo Dome for a TV shooting with Kinki Kids. I hope it'll be fun. Anyway, this is a Buddah push-ups. See? It looks hard, right? Yeah I know. You don't need any words. Just do it.

元気かぁ？いい朝だな。お茶でも飲むかぁ。さて、これは合掌腕立てだが、見ての通り腰が下がっちゃダメだ。大切なのは腰から上がること。そうすると体幹が強くなる。じゃ、やってみな。
